Conditions for Returns

- Replacement: If your return is confirmed as eligible, we will ship a new item to you as a replacement.
Return/Exchange Period:
We allow returns or exchanges within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. However, the book set must typically be in new, resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Process:
1. Fill Out the Return Form: Our customer support team will provide you with a return form to complete. Please provide details about the reason for your return and attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item to help expedite the process.
2. Authorization: After reviewing your request and the provided information, our team will confirm whether your return is eligible. If approved, we will issue a return authorization and provide further instructions.
Alicia Ortego reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the return authorization number on the package as instructed. Ship the item to the following warehouse address:
